何林，男，汉族，现为石河子大学化学化工学院教授，博士生导师，新疆维吾尔自治区天山英才，兵团中青年科技创新领军人才，石河子大学3152计划学科带头人；承担国家自然科学基金4项，兵团项目4项，发表SCI论文60余篇，授权发明专利5件，获兵团科技进步二等奖1项、兵团自然科学奖1项。

1998-2002，学士：曲阜师范大学，化学工程与工艺专业

2002-2005，硕士：中国科学技术大学，有机化学专业

2005-2008，博士：中国科学院化学研究所，有机化学专业

2017-2018，英国布里斯托大学化学系，国家公派访问学者
