基本情况

窦新存,19815月出生,教授,博士生导师,国家人才计划入选者,中国科学院人才计划入选者,自治区首批天山领军人才,新疆爆炸物安全科学自治区重点实验室主任新疆危爆品防控工程技术研究中心主任,中国仪器仪表学会理事,全国气湿敏专业委员会委员,新疆自然科学专家库专家,新疆物理学会理事,天山创新团队负责人。

长期从事传感材料与传感器研究。先后承担国家重点研发计划课题、国家人才计划、国家自然科学基金(4项)、中科院重点部署、中科院从01原始创新、自治区重点研发等项目。发表学术论文60余篇,SCI引用1400余次,其中以第一/通讯作者身份在Advanced MaterialsNano LettersAdv. Funct. Mater.SmallChem. Mater.等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文35申请中国专利74项,授权24,获得软件著作权3。自主研制系列爆炸物现场检测分析装备获得国家及公安部检测报告7,已应用于新疆70余家基层公安部门北京首都机场和G20杭州峰会等大型活动安保工作,部分装备实现成果转移转化(合同额1400余万元)获自治区科技进步一等奖(2020)、中国仪器仪表学会科技进步二等奖(2020)、第九届新疆青年科技奖(2019)、中国仪器仪表学会青年科技人才奖(2016)等奖项。
